Illinois State University, located in Central Illinois, is the oldest public university in Illinois.  KOH is also the founder of the inter-professional association, Illinois Great Publics African-American Alumni, which is attracting alumni of University of Illinois, Illinois State, Northern Illinois, Southern Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Western Illinois, Northeastern Illinois, Chicago State, and Governors State interested in networking and advancing the TALO Leadership Theory.
