Please make a note on your check that the check is for the “CV 100 Black Men Startup”.
Please email us to confirm 1) that you plan to attend Saturday, 2) that you plan to pay your dues this month,
3) that you will complete the membership form ASAP, and 4) that you will mail your bios by the end of the month.
